For the 35 years now (or roughly 1/3 of a century!), Chili's has been welcoming guests with our sizzling personality and serving up a good time, every time with incredible appetizers and entrees, thirst-quenching drinks and decadent desserts. Along the way, we've fed a bunch of folks, hosted a ton of parties and had a lot of laughs.
Today, Chili's has more than 1,500 restaurants in 33 and 2 territories around the world.
A lot has changed since our early days in Dallas, Texas as a hamburger joint serving burgers in a basket and bowls of spicy "Texas Red Chili". But we're still hungry to bring you the big, bold flavors of our original down-home, Southwestern-inspired brand. So you can still enjoy the mouthwatering burgers that made us famous. Or you can sink your teeth into even more great Southwest favorites like our Sizzling Fajitas and Fire-grilled Steaks. Of course, along with outstanding food, We're still cooking up a whole lot of fun too, That's why after all this time you'll find that Chili's is still "Like No Place Else."
